Mack UniMax Axle
The Mack UniMax™ Axle is the first-ever vocational axle with unitized hubs designed for heavy-duty applications. With front axles available in 18,000-lb. and 20,000-lb. capacities, this innovative design reduces maintenance time and costs for vocational trucks. The UniMax axle eliminates wheel seal and bearing maintenance because permanent seals keep dirt and water from intruding. When you drive a Mack truck you'll experience a new level of control and stability riding on UniMax front axles.
Designed for the highway
Mack proudly presents the steer axles with unitized hubs specifically designed for highway truck applications. Our brand-new 12,000-lb. and 14,600-lb. capacity axles are now available for use in our Pinnacle and CH tractors.
The most current available Front Axles are presented on the FXL Series (FXL12, FXL14.6, FXL18, FXL20 and FXL23) spec sheets.
